About me
I’m a California-based label owner, A&R, and curator specializing in Japan - west collaboration. I speak Japanese at a working N3 level and have co-founded two Japan based labels. Over the last eight years, i've built and managed creative teams across the US, EU, and Japan, directing 500+ digital releases alongside several limited-run physical projects. My work sits at the intersection of creative and business management.
I'm the founder of KUU WRLD, a music label and studio based in the California Bay Area, as well as Tsunami Sounds, an international music production collective and label.
